Enjoy your morning coffee on our screened in deck off of the main level with views of the State Buffer Preserve. Never miss a sunset from our additional screened deck on the bay side of the house.
Whether your desire is fishing, boating, swimming, snorkeling, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, tennis, golf, bicycling or walking on nature trails you will find it here. With just a 2-minute drive to the beautiful Salinas Park, you will find beach and bay access, outdoor picnic areas, horseback riding, kayak launch, nature trails and much more.
This house is right in the middle of all of the action. If boating is your thing, you can drive a few minutes in either direction to the boat launches. Our downtown area is about 8 miles away and includes boutiques for shopping that offer antiques, home furnishings, local art, unique gifts and the cutest clothing! Enjoy access to some of the best local restaurants that serve savory and fresh local seafood and sweet treats.
Whatever your pleasures are, you will definitely find them here. You will not find another quaint and quiet town such as Port Saint Joe. You will definitely want to come back to the Forgotten Coast and put your mind at ease with the simplicity of life here. It is so special to us and we hope that it brings you much relaxation, memories and fun with your family!

take your boat (or rental) to the tip of the state park for a perfect beach day!
don't forget bug spray!!
Austrailan gold tanning oil also works for no-see-ums!
leash law: all pets on public property must be leashed. officers can issue a citation!
leave no trace: no beach gear can be left on the beaches overnight.
if you make a fire, all debris must be removed and all holes filled in.
a bonfire on the beach makes for a perfect night in our opinion!

This is a perfect place to stay in Port St Joe! My husband and I loved it. Extremely clean, spacious, plenty of parking if you have a boat. We have a pontoon and was able to rinse it under the patio and not far from boat launch. Great place for a family trip! We highly recommend and will definitely be back. ☺️ -Shannon E.
This property is about as good as you can get for a rental. The descriptions on the site are extremely accurate. The place is extraordinarily clean. The location is excellent five minutes from beautiful beaches as well as from downtown Port Saint Joe. The property has everything you will possibly need including towels for the beach and all the kitchen amenities you would want. There are two large porches on the front and back of the property which allowed for mostly outdoor living at the property.I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who enjoys the coast. You will not be disappointed staying here. The living room furniture and the beds were the best in over twenty years of renting in the area. The sunsets from the front porch were awesome and the wildlife noises from the natural settings at night were mesmerizing.
